预计今年7月毕业的学生，因学校制作学位证和毕业证的需要，请于2023年6月1日到6月5日（8:00-11:30 a.m.&14:00-17:00 p.m.）到国际教育学院614办公室完成以下工作：
1、请核对毕业信息并签字确认。
2、交照片：交4张两寸照片；照片电子版以护照号命名，并发到educationoffice@zuel.edu.cn邮箱。
3、护照复印件: 复印有姓名的那一面的护照交办公室。
4、仍在境外的学生请注意查收邮件并确认个人信息。
Students due to graduate in July, please submit the following documents for your certificates to IES office 614 from1st to 5th , June, 2023.Please come during 8:00-11:30 a.m.&14:00-17:00 p.m.

2. Submitting Photos (hard copy and soft copy)：Please submit four two-inch photos with your name written on the back. Name the electronic version with your passport number and email it to educationoffice@zuel.edu.cn.
3. Submitting a copy of your passport ( the page with your name on)
4.Students who are still overseas please check their email to confirm their personal information.
