On March 21, the First Student Tai Chi Competition was successfully held at the New Sports Center on the Nanhu Campus of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. International Education School organized a team of 12 international students to participate in the competition and distinguished itself among 17 university teams, achieving an outstanding fourth place overall.
At the competition venue, the international student team, dressed in uniform white Tai Chi suits, holding a banner inscribed with "Harmony in Diversity",showing their confident presence in cultural exchange.
The team was coached by Zhu Yajie and Wu Yuehan,counselors from IES International Student Affairs Office. In the two weeks leading up to the competition, teachers and students dedicated spare time to intensive training. Their efforts culminated in a performance marked by synchronized movements and a distinctive presentation, earning unanimous recognition from the judges and audience.
