Alumni Liaison and Management Measures of International Students of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law

Article 1 International student alumni are the valuable resources of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and are an important part of its alumni. In order to promote the work of international students and standardize the management of international students and alumni, these Measures are formulated in combination with the relevant contents of the Alumni Association of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.

Article 2 International student alumni of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law refer to foreign graduates, undergraduates or completed graduates who have been taught in the university for more than half a year or more.

Article 3 International Education School shall be responsible for the liaison and management of the international student alumni, and the Office of International Student Affairs is responsible for maintaining the contact with the international student alumni. The work of the international student alumni needs the support and assistance of all units of the school.

Article 4 The Office of International Student Affairs integrate alumni resources, establish international student alumni information communication mechanism, responsible for establishing and maintaining international student alumni information database, timely update alumni files, collect and maintain including address, telephone, email, during the school, to after graduation, career development information.

Article 5 The Office of International Student Affairs actively provides information and consulting services for international students and alumni working in China or traveling in China, and regularly conducts symposiums, group visits and mutual visits for international students and alumni organizations to enhance the relationship between international students and the university.

Article 6 International Education School shall guide the establishment of fellowship organizations for international students, actively establish alumni associations in countries with a relatively concentrated number of international students, and incorporate them into the alumni work of the school for unified guidance.

 

The Measures are translated from the Chinese version to the English version. The Chinese version of the relevant administrative provisions shall prevail, and the International Education School reserves the right of final interpretation.
