第一步：根据护照及签证信息在线填写申请并提交。在线申请流程请参考《外国人居留许可在线申请流程》。
Step 1: Fill out the application online according to your passport and visa information and submit it. For the online application process, please refer to How to Apply for the Residence Permit Online.
第二步：等待老师审核并通过之后前往610办公室领取《外国人签证证件申请表》，《中南财经政法大学公函证明》及《外国人住宿登记表》。
Step 2: Wait for the teacher's approval and then go to the 610 office to get the VISA/STAY PERMIT/RESIDENT PERMIT APPLICATION FORM, Official Letter of ZUEL and Accommodation Registration Form for Foreign Nationals.
第三步：请携带以下材料（详见材料清单1）前往派出所办理外国人临时住宿登记，取得外国人临时住宿登记表。
Step 3: Bring the following materials (see the Attachment 1) to the police station for the registration of temporary accommodation for foreigners., and get the Registration Form of the Temporary Accommodation for Foreigners.

1、公交：从南湖大道茶山刘站乘坐785路公交至关山大道大彭村，再步行9分钟后即可到达。全程大约24分钟。
1. You can take bus NO. 785 from North Gate (Chashanliu Station, South Lake Avenue to Dapeng Village, Guanshan Avenue)，then walk for another 9 minutes. About 24 minutes in total.
2、打车：前往“北辰·光谷里”，全程大约13元，约10分钟。

第四步：请携带以下材料（详见材料清单2）前往出入境管理局，办理居留许可。

1. You can take bus NO.327 from North Gate (Chashanliu Station, South Lake Avenue to Dapeng Village, Guanshan Avenue)，thentransfer to No.301 (Dapeng Village, Guanshan Avenue to Optical Valley Public Service Center Station), then walk for 6 minutes. About 1 hour and 20 minutes in total.
2、打车：前往“高新大道光谷公共服务中心”，全程大约35元，约23分钟。
