第一步：输入在线报名网址http://iesmis.zuel.edu.cn/member/login.do。
Step1: Type in online applicationwebsite：http://iesmis.zuel.edu.cn/member/login.do.
第二步：进行网上用户注册,填写注册信息，点击“立即注册”，带*为必填。
Step2: Register online，*isthe necessary information.
第三步：激活邮箱，点击注册激活链接。
Step3: Activate the mailbox, click on the registration activation link.
第四步：进行申报。
Step4: Applying online.
第五步：请仔细阅读申请须知后，点击“我已知悉”并点击确认按钮。
Step5:Please read the Application Notes carefully, click "Agree andconfirm" .
第六步：选择学习项目“中国政府奖学金”，点击下一步。
Step6:chooseyour program ‘Chinese Government Scholarship’ and click on“next”.
第七步：选择学生类别，点击下一步。
Step7:chooseyour type and click on “next”.
第八步：选择申请专业和授课语言后点击“申请”。
Step8:choose application major , teaching language and click on “Apply”.
第九步：完整填写相关内容，按要求上传相应申请资料，提交电子报名信息。

Step9: Complete the information, upload all the required documents andsubmit your application.
