Notice about Sending Out 2016 Overseas Students Admission Notice of ZUEL

各位已被录取的留学生：

中南财经政法大学来华留学生奖学金项目录取的学生，预计于7月29日至8月3日发放你们的录取通知书和JW202表格。中国政府奖学金高校项目录取的学生，预计于7月25日至7月28日发放你们的录取通知书和JW201表格。请已录用学生及时关注邮箱，注意查收邮箱并回复。

邮寄地址有变更的学生请23号之前通过邮箱和我联系417987025@qq.com，未在23号前发送变更邮箱的，以之前确认的地址或报名表上填写的地址为准。

根据邮政新规定，寄到海外的文件必须有地址和电话号码，请务必加上可以联系的电话号码。

To whom it may concern,

Admission notice and JW202 form (visa application for study in China) of 2016 Overseas Students’ Scholarship winners will be sent out during Jul.29^th and Aug.3^rd. Admission notice and JW201form (visa application for study in China) of 2016 Chinese Government Scholarship-Chinese University Program students will be sent out during Jul.25^th and Jul.28^th. Please check and respond to email.

    Please advise me if any address details appear incorrect before Jul.23th. If no email before Jul.23^rd, we will send out your admission notice and form according to your confirmed address before or permanent address on your application form.

According to the new policy of Post Office, overseas documents mailing must have the address and telephone number, please be sure to add the phone number can be contacted.
