Students due to graduate in July, please submit the following documents for your certificates：
1. Personal Information Form
Both hard copy and soft copy are required. Please download the electronic version below. Please name it with your passport name and email it to the email address: leilan@zuel.edu.cn .Also submit yhe paper verison to the IES Office 205. Both the paper version and soft copy should be submitted before Jun. 6th 2016.
2. Photo
Please submit eight one-inch photos to the IES Office 205. Name the electronic version with your English name and email it to leilan@zuel.edu.cn before Jun. 6th 2016.
3. A copy of your passport ( the page with your name and photo)
Please submit it to IES 205 office before Jun. 6th 2016.
