For the Graduate Students who are in the name list below:
The “International Graduate Students Scientific Research Projects” for 2015-2016 academic year will be concluded soon. Applicants should send materials below to the Office 205 of the International Education School before June 10th, 2016. In the same time, soft copies should be submitted to the following email address: 1730134589@qq.com.
1. The form of Post-Project Report.
The form is attached below. Please download and fill in it. Make sure you acquire the approval of your supervisor and major school.
2. The achievement of your project. The project of doctoral candidates cannot be concluded unless you publish academic papers related to the project, so doctoral candidates are supposed to provide the copy of cover and catalog of the periodical where you published your article besides your article.
The deadline of conclusion is 10th, June. Students continue to study in our university can defer the conclusion to next June, but he or she won’t be allowed to apply for project of the following year.
