On the afternoon of April 10th, the recruitment manager of Foxconn Technology Group was invited to campus to hold a special recruitment presentation for Vietnamese students. The event brought the latest job opportunities and cutting-edge industry insights to graduating students.The recruitment presentation was hosted by Zhu Yajie, counselor of International EducationSchool, and more than ten Vietnamese students attended.
During the presentation, the recruitment manager provided a comprehensive introduction to Foxconn Group's development scale, global industrial layout, core business areas, and talent development system. In line with the company's actual recruitment needs, the manager focused on elaborating the job positions, compensation packages, and training programs available to Vietnamese students—topics of broad interest to the attendees. Detailed explanations were also given regarding the job requirements and career development prospects for various types of positions, including technical, management, and functional roles. During the interactive session that followed, students actively raised questions concerning onboarding procedures, cross-cultural work environments, and career advancement pathways, all of which the manager addressed thoroughly and thoughtfully.
